Service description
This service is suitable for deals for which the Chinese supplier is not able to offer O/A terms of payment, under Sinosure coverage himself. Newmark Finance provides advance payment services from suppliers, for buyers who import from China. Hence, buyers can first receive the goods, then make the payment within a period of 90 days after shipping. We help buyers by relieving capital pressure and easing the turnover problem
How it works
Buyers credit is provided by Newmark Finance's financial partner in China (export company).
Buyer's credit should be insured by Sinosure. Our company will secure the credit limit for you, and book the limit, to offer you buyer`s credit
The export company signs a purchase contract with your supplier in China.
You pay the deposit, so that they begin production.
When the order is ready, the export company pays the balance to the supplier
The supplier sends the goods to your company.
Your company pays the balance within 90 days.
Which companies qualify for credit?
USD 100,000
Minimum applicable credit limit in Sinosure.
1 year
To qualify for a Sinosure credit limit, your company must have existed for at least one financial year.
Turnover
Your company must have achieved an annual turnover of more than USD 1 million in the last financial year.
Good image
If your company showed a loss in the last financial year, or if you failed to pay any of your suppliers in China, you do not qualify for the credit limit.
